Japan Outing 2024

"An Exciting Journey Through Japan: Our Company’s Unforgettable Outing"

Day 1: Taking Off to the Land of the Rising Sun

Our plane touched down at Narita Airport at the break of dawn. The crisp Japanese air was refreshing. Soon, we were on the road, winding our way to the majestic Mt. Fuji. The view was surreal, with the snow-capped peak towering above us.

Lunch was a delightful affair at a local restaurant, where we savored authentic Japanese cuisine.

The next stop was Oshino Hakkai, a charming village with eight crystal-clear ponds. These natural springs were so clear and pure that it felt like stepping into a fairytale. The serene beauty of Oshino Hakkai was a perfect backdrop for more photo opportunities.

As evening approached, we checked into Just One Fuji Oyama Onsen. Dinner was a sumptuous buffet featuring an array of Japanese delicacies. The day ended with a relaxing soak in the onsen, where we felt our stresses melt away in the warm, therapeutic waters.

Day 2: The Wonders of Hakone and the Bustle of Tokyo

After a hearty breakfast, we set off for the volcanic valley of Owakudani. The sulfur smell filled the air as we marveled at the boiling springs and steaming vents. We couldn’t resist trying the famous Kuro Tamago, black eggs boiled in the hot springs. Legend has it that eating one of these eggs adds seven years to your life!

Our next destination was Hakone Shrine, nestled at the foot of Mt. Hakone and overlooking the serene Lake Ashi. The tranquility of the shrine, with its iconic red torii gate standing tall against the lush greenery, was a moment of pure zen.

After lunch, we headed to Tokyo, where the vibrant Asakusa district awaited us. Sensoji Temple was a sensory delight with its imposing red lantern and bustling Nakamise shopping street. We explored the stalls, picking up souvenirs and tasting local snacks.

The day concluded with some free time in Shinjuku, Tokyo’s bustling heart. The neon lights, towering skyscrapers, and endless shopping and dining options created an exciting evening. We eventually settled into our cozy rooms at Dai-Ichi Hotel Ryogoku, exhausted but exhilarated.

Day 3: A Free Day to Discover Tokyo

We had the entire day to explore Tokyo at our own pace. Some of us headed to Tokyo Disneyland for a day of magical fun, while others visited Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa, a mesmerizing blend of aquatic life and digital art. Ginza’s upscale shopping streets and Shibuya’s iconic crossing and fashion-forward Harajuku district drew many of our group members.

Last Day

Our final morning in Japan began with a delicious breakfast. We then headed to the Airport, reflecting on our incredible experiences over the past few days. We carried with us souvenirs and memories of an unforgettable journey.

Our company outing in Japan was more than just a trip; it was an adventure filled with wonder, culture, and camaraderie. We left Japan with hearts full of joy and minds brimming with stories to share. 🇯🇵🎎💙🎉
